If Satan owned a vacation home, a place where he could go when it gets cold in hell, it would be Phoenix, AZ. Today was and will be the hottest day of the tour. Kids were passing out as if they were at a college kegger, but from too much heat, not beer pong. I personally drank 4 Gatorades, 5 Waters, and an Orange soda. If I had to pay for those, that would have been like $97 worth of liquids at the venue.
We had two great bands stop in today to sign various things for their fans. Bayside stopped in first followed by Jet Lag Gemini. It was awesome having Bayside in the tent as Anthony Raneri designed an Atticus shirt for us, so it was a treat to have him in to be able to sign his own shirt. If you are not able to make it to a Warped tour you can see it below and buy it online as well. Check out some shots from the tent:
Our good friends at Dress Code ( dresscodeclothing.com ) came out today. Check them out, they are carrying a few awesome designs that we have out on Warped tour, and can only be found in a few spots.
Today was also our first drop ship. A drop ship is a designated day when materials can arrive, Warped Tour has about 10 of them. So every band, sponsor, label, and worker has stuff arrive this day, resulting in a field of boxes with just names on it, sometimes it can take all day to find your boxes, but it has to be done.
I couldn’t close this one without another Devil reference, so check out this picture of The Devils Wears Prada rocking a huge crowd on the main stage.
Until tomorrow, stay chill,
Bubb
